It got to the point where we just started avoiding each other. Then my best friend, who had no clue this happened, started going out with him. Avoiding him isn't much of an option anymore. -_-

(It was my best friend at the time, and I was afraid that if I told him I'd make things awkward between us, though I still had a feeling he liked me back.)
