They're exactly as shallow. Nearly all differences between men and women are contrived. The only real difference is genital anatomy and the resulting hormonal imbalances.
But even if you don't eliminate the hormonal difference -- if you put women in the same exact position as men: A.K.A. starved for sex to the point of desperation, they end up exhibiting all of the same sexual tendencies. We're not different, we just have different circumstances.
