I'm a morning shower person. Changing bed sheets faster is worth it when you think about the fresh feeling in the morning and through out the day. Though sometimes I also shower in the evening (if I have the time).  |

I shower in the evening, but not before bed because as stated, you get a bed head. I also shower after I sweat a lot |

I like to shower in the morning and in the evening. Sure, sure it wastes water, more expensive bill at the end of the month, washes away your natural body oils, blah blah blah.
But I like it.
