I am currently reading GE-Good Ending and was wondering if there were any mangas similar to GE-Good Ending which I could read.
I have already read Suzuka which is kind of like GE-Good Ending.

If you want loads of comedy - Nisekoi, Umi no Misaki.

I can't really think of romance manga that is serious besides those involving psychological. Sword Art Online is pretty good though.

anyway it really depends on the facters that u liked GE for but this is all i can think of that are romance comedys that are a bit more real
