I played a demo of Silent Hill...3 I think, I could only handle about a minute of it before I turned it off. I don't know how people play those games, it's creepy as hell. The person who designed the enemies in those games must have some imagination. I can handle Resident Evil, but that...no.

Currently, I've played most resident evils, some silent hills, many other horror games. If you are talking about a zombie jumps out of a tub kind of scare, I mean they all have a few reflex startles. But If you mean gave me nightmares kind of scare, then well, none of them. I simply don't have nightmares, Even when I was a kid I was more scared of someone breaking in and robbing us than I was of anything imaginary.

Of course, I was also the kid that would sneak up beside you in a pitch black room and snarl. >:3

i have issues watching "drawn out" suicide scenes. For some reason they have always disturbed me. i mean the crematorium sequence in "Return of the living dead" (80s movie) gave me nightmares for months when i was a kid. i did not find the film scary. on the contrary i laughed through most of it. (Zombie: SEND MORE COPS! )

"Se7en"(Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman) had images that i will never be able to purge from my memory. i honestly Thought "se7en" was a weak film. the plot was way too easy to figure out. i had the ending pegged about 1/2 through. but the images in the film disturbed me.

I know that was kind of getting off topic sorry....

You might not want to watch "Sinister."

They had some very drawn-out, graphic murder/"suicide" scenes.

On another note, I really enjoyed Se7en.

Video games have never really scared me. I psyched myself up for Alan Wake and really put myself into the character's situation so I guess it sort of scared me on the first playthrough. I've been startled a few times though. In the original FEAR when you go to climb down a ladder and when you turn around Alma's there, I jumped. Other than that I've only really been startled by Dead Space
For films I have to give it to a film I think was called Komodo. Probably on Sci-fi I think and one of their old B movies most likely though I'm not sure. For a week after that I was afraid that giant komodo dragons would come at night and try to eat me.

Yeah, I know you don't think it is scary, but you would definitely shit your pants and go insane if an invisible demon occupied your home.

Thanks for the visual...lol, but your right.

I was told Silent Hill was scary a while back and didn't believe it so I bought Silent Hill 2 and played it in my quiet room at 3 AM with the lights off. Worst. Decision. Ever.

Also,
