DEADLY SIN you most likely to FAIL to over come. Why?!

Over the 7 Deadly Sins this 5 is the most common so which of these will you HIGHLY FAIL TO OVERCOME.
Why is that?!

LUST is an intense desire. It is usually thought of as excessive sexual wants, however the word was originally a general term for desire. Therefore lust could involve the intense desire of money, fame, or power as well.

GREED
is applied to a very excessive or rapacious desire and pursuit of material possessions. A sin against God, just as all mortal sins, in as much as man condemns things eternal for the sake of temporal things.

WRATH
described as inordinate and uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger. Wrath, in its purest form, presents with self-destructiveness, violence, and hate that may provoke feuds that can go on for centuries. Wrath may persist long after the person who did another a grievous wrong is dead. Feelings of anger can manifest in different ways, including impatience, revenge, and vigilantism.

ENVY is characterized by an insatiable desire. Envy is similar to jealousy in that they both feel discontent towards someones traits, status, abilities, or rewards. The difference is the envious also desire that entity and covet it.

PRIDE is considered the original and most serious of the seven deadly sins, and the source of the others. It is identified as a desire to be more important or attractive than others, failing to acknowledge the good work of others, and excessive love of self .

hmmm... of those 5 it's probably lust for me but i think i probably have a bigger problem with sloth than any of the others.
there are plenty of things i want to do and some things i know i should do but i'm just really bad about actually getting around to doing them... like currently i have a painting i've already been paid to paint but haven't actually done so yet.

Sloth, huh! In layman's term it is being lazy or lack of motivation. Now often it is procrastination
You can do it. You just need to control that body of yours i mean just think of the trouble if you will and can't do that which in no doubt you can

Sloth and gluttony are definitely more common than those in first world countries.

Selfishness is also a part of greed, and that's not always material.

I definitely fall on most of that list, but respectively:

Greed > lust > wrath > pride > envy > sloth. I only eat for the energy as I dislike the taste of most foods, so I'd say that's the only one I'm not guilty of.

My desire to possess more than I need. Knowledge, wealth, health, etc.

Sounds to me it's not overcoming you, it' more like you dwell in that. Your idea often times shut me down and Hurrayy!!!

I don't want to say that I'll likely fail, because if you constantly strive to not commit these sins, Even though you might have a relapse, you can pray to God, and earnestly entreat him for help to overcome the sinful conduct, But remember YOU have to show that your truely want to avoid it, If you feel yourself slipping, go silently in prayer and ask for that extra help.

Pride. Just because: I take pride in who I am, my abilities, my physical aptitude and my intelligence. Any time those are called into question or my work is scrutinized etc, I immediately switch to Deadly Sin: Wrath mode and begin with the ass tearings. Being the worst of all the Deadly Sins, guess I'll be taking a seat: front row center with Lucifer when I die.

Um, I should tell you, the name, Lucifer, is not found anywhere in the holy scriptures, I mean the bible.

And I should warn you about pride, The bible has a lot to say about it in the book of proverbs. please look up proverbs 8:13 and 16:18 .

I'm not trying to be personal, But you put it up there, Pride is not wrong unless it's vain pride, that leads to haughtiness.

If there was some non-esoteric pseudo-intellectual reason to look it up, I would. But frankly I'm not like you buddy. I don't give a damn about the bible's most intricate details and whether Lucifer is mentioned or not. I say Lucifer, majority of people know what I'm talking about. Since this is dealing with sins you are most likely to succumb to, I'd say your sin is probably Pride as well in the nature of you taking it upon yourself to correct whatever it is you deem wrong, thumping your thumb against your precious book irregardless of the bigger picture that A: no one really cares about the answers by individuals on the whole and B: in keeping with that line of reasoning, other than YOU no one is gonna look for accuracy in claims made.
