I went to Gamestop to pre-order Borderlands 2 and RE6 two days ago.
Apparently there will be five campaigns with at least four different characters, which is awesome.
The only minus is that the Resident Evil series have become more of a action game than survival horror. I really miss the old days playing RE 1, 2 and 3, solving puzzles, saving ammo, AVOIDING enemies. Not running around blowing stuff up.

I was a huge Resident Evil fan back in the day. I miss the old survival horror style and even though RE4 was a great game it just wasn't the same. I only played a demo of RE5 but didn't enjoy it at all, so I'm not sure about getting RE6.

Resident Evil 6 scares me, not because it is horror - since from what i saw of the demo and gameplay shown, it really isn't - but because of how terrible it's looking. Trying to appeal to CoD fans? what? Why would you do this? It's not right. People buy Resident Evil for Resident Evil, not for another generic shooter x experience. I can only hope that my impressions are misplaced and it turns out to be good, but at the moment......i dunno. Give me another game like Revelations on the 3DS, now THAT, was a Resi game.

I'm a huge resi fan but I've hardly any interest in this. Resident evil 5 was such a let down. If this turns out to be good I'll have a look but I'm not buying day 1 which is a first for me with this series

pre ordered re6 ;D gonna get it at midnight release wooot also watch resident evil damnation when you get the chance links to game hardcore and its good credits show new sneak peak parts to the game not shown yet which put me in aw im not ganna say though gatta watch hahah D:< also live action move made me mad ._. when Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide the chainsaw zombie broke in and killed one of them and the machine gun zombies couldnt break in o3o all in all looking forward to re6 ;D |
