Is the title true about you? If it is share your story. Why have you decided to remain single or why do you think you are single?

Feel free to share your close encounter stories as well... your ALMOST girlfriend stories.

Girls I guess you can do almost boyfriend stories if you want but I'm against it!

You're a fine example as to why I don't want a boyfriend.

Well, I've never had a boyfriend because my thoughts on relationships is that it will never last and will end anyway. So I don't even bother!

The same applies to life, yet you keep living.

ooo philosophy. That's true, but most teenage relationships don't really last long anyway. And who wants all the drama?

Life is conflict, Conflict is dramatic. Thus, I would think a lot of people want the drama. And if they say they don't but they are in a relationship then they're lying.

I had one. It taught me something. There's no such thing as a perfect match. Probably because there's no such thing as perfection. But what does exist is someone who is at least baseline similar to you - specifically, hobby-wise.

If you share some things in common, you can use them to get along better. There is more than one possible good match out there for any given person. It just takes a lot of time and patience to find them amongst the fodder.

You can hook up with fodder along the way, if you wish, and call it a relationship. But that's really just a pipe dream and/or temporary and potentially detrimental solution.

It's possible to be in a relationship drama free. Most of my relationships (except one) where completely drama free, even after/during break ups I never had any real problems. I think it may be me as I'm not hard to please as long as you don't cheat on me, give me some attention every now and again, and don't lie everything is fine. Or maybe it's due to the fact that I was "lucky" to be able to find a guy who wasn't a liar/cheater /sarcasm. (they're not hard to find) To me the purpose of "teenage" relationships is more for the experience seeing as the chances of the two of you running off into the sunset together to get married are slim.

Saying that "teenage" relationships are pointless because of drama to me doesn't hold much merit, any type of relationship can have "drama". I don't think it's right to call them teenage relationships too, relationships are relationships period. They're either romantic, friendships, or family related. Just because you guys are young doesn't mean you should consider the relationship anything lower than if you were adults.

This is all my opinion of course.

All right, you got me there. Certain drama is okay. Like friendly banter back and forth (if you call that "drama"), but the needless arguing over petty issues is unwanted and it can destroy ones thoughts of the matter of relationships.

Perhaps, depends on how close you are. After a while depending on the foundations of how you're relationship started, things might not be normal without aggressive arguments over petty issues. Could be the nature of the two people in the relationship, both in the relationship itself and as individuals. Like two alphas challenging the other to step down and admit defeat. If you want a good example check this out:

Both page 22 and 21 are so funny I almost pissed myself. As for being in a relationship, well no they're not, (at least I don't think so) but this is more the example of two people warring however, friendly and innocent... over nothing. And just how much fun that is for everyone looking on.

I can't say I never had a girlfriend, but I am single for quite awhile, I'd say about 2 years now, I had a fling with someone 2 months ago, 1 night and that's about it. Do I like being single? Yes and No... Yes because now I can set my priorities straight, I am very terrible at being in a relationship whilst getting important things done (happened to me in the past). No, I miss it... I wanna have someone to share my life and emotions with through good and bad, not all that will happen unless I am ready for it.

Good for you! negan outright hates me and requiem looks like she was in the middle of a mental breakdown so... have fun with that! But at least there will be whiskey involved.
