Info: Premium member, using IPhone app to watch anime

Issues:

-IPhone app not letting me stream recently released videos ( I am able to stream through my PC )

-I have tried to submitting this problem to Customer service, but ironically the web won't let me submit anything.

So I wanted to know if there is a solution to either one of these problems and have anyone came across these problems

P.S. I am able to stream the vid through the app about a day before the non members can, which is almost a week late from what they advertised.

You'll actually need to post in the appropriate forum. There is a Help section directly below the General section.

Yup. This way your concern doesn't get lost in the General Section and go unnoticed. It'll be seen easier in the Help area. Hope they're able to fix your trouble.
