Info: Premium member, using IPhone app to watch anime

Issues:

-IPhone app not letting me stream recently released videos ( I am able to stream through my PC )

-I have tried to submitting this problem to Customer service, but ironically the web won't let me submit anything.

So I wanted to know if there is a solution to either one of these problems and have anyone came across these problems

P.S. I am able to stream the vid through the app about a day before the non members can, which is almost a week late from what they advertised.

Howdy!

There currently is up to a 7 hour delay from when the videos are released on our site and released to our various apps due to technical reasons. Though we are actively working to resolve these issues so that the videos are released across all platforms at the same time.

I did get your emails that you submitted via the form.

If you see that something does not have a play button 7 hours after it is posted, please report the video so we can fix it!

Oh, great. FYI I did send a report via the app, saying that there was no play button (It was more than a day when it was released) should I be getting a respond or do you guys just try to fix the problem?

The anime HUNTER X HUNTER ALWAYS had the play button problem

WELL! I don't work weekends so if it comes in after 5 on Friday I won't get to it until Monday morning.
If you check off the box for 'No Response' it comes in as Feedback and I fix the issue and do not sent a response.
If you just send an inquiry, I fix the issue then respond.

I have a droid razr maxx (Verizon),

Here's the main issue I've been experiencing:

1. videos will not stream, at all. When I try loading the video to load, a couple of seconds later it tells me "crunchyroll is not responding" and it gives me the option to force close the app. My phone has a good connection to the internet.

2. the animes in my queue will not save my progress when I'm on my phone.

This is not the first time I've had issues wih this app. Please fix this promptly. I like crunchyroll alot, but this is really getting on my nerves.

Do you have the newest update to the app installed?

You can try clearing the app data to see if that works or just uninstall and reinstall the app.

Also, if it has been a while restart your phone.
