I'm not so sure about this one. Sure, they look alike, but they don't really look like twins or anything. Zero has purple-grey eyes and a tattoo on his neck, so yeah. Not bad look-a-likes, but they could have been better.

Zero can have red eyes also, he is a vampire. ...I guess that they aren't super close but I think they could pass off as twins!
(And besides the pictures are different styles, Zero's is from manga, and Wish's is from a "cheaper" looking anime.)
