You can give up looking. It has only been announced for the U.S./Canada PSN Store thus far.
I assumed they were waiting to release it elsewhere until they had most of the problems ironed out. Since I don't own a PS3, I can't speak to whether it has reached that stage or not.

doesn't work for me.... same for the iphone app that one doesn't work either....
