In the all-new story, Lelouch makes the ultimate use of his Geass power for his little sister Nunnally, who loves Alice in Wonderland. Just watched this. Well, it begins as a picture frame by frame and follows the similar suit with Lelouch's little sister Nunnally in a story narrated by her brother. The OVA follows the Alice in Wonderland style. Other characters such as Anya, Kallen, Shirley and even C.C. makes their cameos at various points in the story. Was a funny watch. |

It was very well made. Each of the characters follow their own respective personalities, albeit being brought to a certain level of extremes for them. But definitely good and just a lot of fun.

It really was a good watch, but I can't wait for the other code geass related ova coming out

Indeed then.

It wasn't too bad an OVA but it looked more like a Visual Novel

I really disliked it. It's an over-done theme, riddled with fanservice. It's quite obvious very little effort was put into it, it's just there for the profit. No animation? Really, Sunrise?

A fun little diversion, clearly written for fans of the series. However, it really looks just like a slightly enhanced picture drama-- animation was minimal. I could imagine it as a throw-in, say, included as a premium in a DVD or BR box set, but not as a stand-alone product.

Maybe I'll wait until the price comes down a bit and get it then, since it's being released with English subtitles built in. In any case I'll take a look see on the net first to see just how good or bad it is production wise. |

Really, Sunrise? Actually I knew it was going to be like this since the PV and how cheap the DVDs/Blu-Rays were. Cause if this were to be fully animated the DVD/Blurays would have been like $20 more than it was. In the end its just to make more money like every other company out there plus its nice fanservice for the people who miss the characters cause after the Code Geass movie project they are working on and any cameos in Akito from the original CG cast that most likely it then like Gundam they will introduce new settings and characters. |
