I'm happy with the xbox i bought. The only thing is I miss the rpg's the ps3 and wii get. Oh well, nothing like a little halo to make me forget about those.

PS3 has the best graphics and games in my opinion for single player and xbox 360 has the best games for social, then nintendo wii has the most support by the elderly looking to be physically fit, that's my simplified opinions of the three.

Sounds like you haven't explored the available ps3 lineup, there are far more games available than sonic, halo, and mario, or whateverness. A few of the ones from ps3 that should be played is infamous, uncharted, ratchet and clank, not to mention the best version of star ocean 4 and final fantasy 13. Every system has good games but don't just say ps3 has all crappy games when you obviously don't know what it has. Oh and you can throw in a few more titles on that list like metal gear solid 4 and Resistance, plus others.

I don't see no CR app on any other systems but PS3.
Seems like I've made a right choice.

Honestly, though. I have every consoles released since dreamcast.
I made a right choice by buying all of them play all the games I wanted to play.

You should've just bought a good PC and then you chose the best one!

Pc here, got away from consoles after original xbox. I do have a 3DS though, mostly because of Ocarina of Time. Honestly, I only use it on road trips, and half the time I'll play Minecraft on my phone instead. I do miss some of the exclusives to consoles, but hopefully the game makers will get away from that more and more as time goes on.

360 is the best of the consoles (aka, not counting PCs).

PS3 is the hardest console to make games for, so multi-platform games tend to suck on it. Or so, that's what I've heard from Bethesda (makers of The Elder Scrolls games).

i have a 360 and a ps3, but ps3 wins for me hands down

first- of all i dont have to pay monthly just to access some "premium" features like multiplayer, netflix, and other stuff

second- is all the choices i get to play some really great games, and to be honest skyrim is the only major case of a third party title failing but where one title falls...

third- ...another rises, and in this case the ps3's ongiong abundance of exclusives like ratchet & clank, the uncharted series, the infamous series, MGS4, resistance series, god of war series, LBP, Valkryia Chronicles.... the list goes on and it will go on

fourth- is the abundance of great classic ps1/ps2 titles that they are releasing from the FF series, to odin sphere, and persona 3 fes

it just seems you haven't explored all the options or haven't dug into the ps3 that much but theres so much for it to offer just gotta look

c: My solution is to buy ALL the consoles and handhelds your money allows, hehehe. Each has its strong points and its weak points. For example...

The Wii has interesting controls, wonderful first party games, and some really unique budget-price releases. It's also really easy to mod so you can get rid of that pesky region lock and play games from other countries! ^^ Unfortunately, it has the lowest volume of releases, and quite a bit of cheaply-made titles to wade through and find the real gems. Also, the online isn't so good.

The Xbox is wonderful if you're a shooter fan and has the best online, but it's also got the most expensive online, and is harder to mod if you enjoy imports.

The PS3 has decent, but free, online, and is awesome if you love RPGs. Unfortunately, it has to system update a LOT, and it seems to disconnect often? [for me at least.] Also, yay Blu-Ray! Yay, no region lock!

Then when you add in handhelds and the PC, there's just so many options! My solution is to find the games and the genres that REALLY appeal to you, wait it out for a bit to see what systems will have the most new releases to look forwards to, and always be on the look out for a hidden treasure. Doesn't matter if it's a budget release, a tiny indie game, some PC freeware, or a new, popular game in a genre you've yet to try, I think ALL systems can be "the best" or "the right choice," if you will. Something for everyone, that's the way to go!
This is the correct answer. Thank you Miss Dantil!

I love my PS3. And i've been lucky that most of my friends have PS3s compared to 360s. I still have the original PS3 that came out on launch, so my console has lasted awhile. I doubt a 360 system would be able to last that long, haha, though maybe Microsoft has improved their system longevity. I don't feel like i'm missing too much by not having a 360 either, besides the annoying DLC delays on some games.

I have all three consoles so that part isn't a problem. However I've drifted away from games drastically for years now.

All of you wasted your money... Me and the wifey have the new 360elite, and ive spent many nights playing my old roomie's ps3, and they are both TRASH compared to my middle-of-the-road pc.... it isnt even that amazing- just a quad core 8gb ram with a 1gig video card, and it can play everything twice as nicely if not better than a ps3 or 360! not only do the games run smoother/better, you can upgrade them, surf the web, have a REAL hard drive, way higher availability in parts/accessories, and theres a million and one things you can do with a pc vs. any console system. yeah it may cost around $100 usd more to get a pc insted of whatever top of the line console system is out atm, but you are a fool if you dont save your pennies anyway!
