It's a PS3 Slim. Tried Total Eclipse Epi 1 & 2 and another videos.
Other detail, my IP is from outside USA. Don't know if you are blocking it. If so, the app should say so. |

Well I see you guys are already on any of the issues I currently have.. you guys are great, and way better then some other company I know, that hasn't upgraded their browser app since it was first released..

My feedback would be give a sorting option. For example, while in the simulcasts section it would be nice if we would sort them by title. Right now the only alphabetical section is with every single anime.
Other than that, great app. I can't wait for 720p and 1080p streaming. Right now I use wireless so with this app I think I finally need to find myself a wire. |

Glad to this on the PS3 and in Canada.
On the bug front, I am seeing a lot of jerky video issues with pauses and then super fast playback for a second like the app is having cache issues or short bandwidth problems. My PS3 is on a wired connection and I do not have these sorts of issues with Netflix in general (as a comparison). Finding a bunch of videos listed in the search the results but then returing a "please try again" error when selected. I have had the app crash twice already and also experienced some visual corruption in the video pane. On the feature front. . . I sure wish that the genres included "horror" and an age filter. I am not looking for Hentai but it would nice to be able to browse a list of material more like Gantz, Shigiru Death Frenzy, Golgo 13, etc. and not get spammed with children focused shows. Cheers |

I'm having the "videos don't work at all" problem. Selecting a video dims the screen, spinner goes for ~2 seconds, then pauses for about 10-15 seconds. The spinner then disappears and you're back at the (brightened) video menu. Once, yesterday, I was able to get to a black screen which then froze the system. Logging out/back in does not seem to help. Logging out, restarting the app, then logging in, also doesn't seem to help.
Using 160GB standard PS3, wired connection, updated to 4.21 firmware. I'm from Canada, so technically it should be allowed to work :). Watching video over the same connection works on a PC, so network speed seems OK. |

Is it possible to change the fastfoward and rewind buttons to the directional pad? When ever I sit the controller down it starts to skip ahead and a pain to deal with. Other then lag issues, I am having no trouble.

Ok, I don't think there are any issues I ran into that haven't already been said, so some suggestions
I don't know if this issue is on the site still, but the ability to search for anime in the horror genre would be nice also maybe a scene skip feature, that allows you to just skip 30 seconds ahead, |

I'm unable to play any of the sample videos, every time I tried, the screen would just dim a little, then after about 15 seconds it would go to the "Sign up for the 30-day free trial" screen.

Do you have any estimate about when the patch or update will be finished?

So far choosing "Browse alphabetically" has locked up the app twice in a row.
Definitely would like some idea as to when the patch will be out as the current app is not ready for prime time. So far I have not been able to make it through an entire episode of anything without either a lockup or severe playback issues. Cheers |

I've got an original PS3, latest firmware, hard wired, 20Mb connection.
Other apps such as Netflix 1080p work great, and the CR app worked alright most of yesterday with the issues stated below happening a couple of times, but today it made difficult to watch any content. The first one, which is why I stopped using the app for now, is that it slows my PS3 down to the point where it stops responding and I have to do a hard reset to get back in. I was a bit worried about overheating so I went back to using my PC to stream to my TV. I'm also having trouble where it seems to stop the video but the audio continues, then the video catches up after about 3-5 seconds of being stuck on a single frame. Both of these issues seem to only happen when the stream is playing HD content and happens the most when switching between HD qualities. Fast forwarding and Rewinding made the issue crop up much quicker. I ended up just turning off my controller so that i didn't accidently hit the L2 and R2 buttons by setting the controller down. My tech knowledge is very good so If you want me to run some tests using my device, let me know and I'll be happy to help. James |
