Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide What happens when you try to watch? I see you have a Drama Trial. So only Drama will work. We're currently re-encoding our Drama Library, so once things start working if things are herky jerky, it's because of that. Is your PS3 on Wi Fi or is it hardwired? Can you please go to my prior post and try setting up Static IP and Automatic DNS on your PS3? |

But the shows seem to be having less lag but still enough to make it hard to watch, and that's if it does play. Now, clicking a show goes to a black screen and crashes the app or doesn't load play at all most of the time. Overall, it's very hit or miss right now. Sorry, this problem seems to be getting worse, and thanks for being patient with helping. I know the app is still very new. PS: The one episode I seem to be having the most problem with is SAO Ep 8. No matter what, it stops/lags at 5/6 seconds like clock work, and then becomes unwatchable due to lag/buffering. I don't know if maybe that info will help. |

Specific examples: If Popular doesn't show anything (because it won't load), I'll scroll down to Simulcast where it usually does show everything. If the episodes from a show (that I clicked through the Popular area) doesn't load, I can go to Simulcast and click on the show through there where it will load. Clicking on an episode, the loading circle appears, but the app pauses/crashes and then it resumes without actually starting the show. If I try that again, the show will work but buffer really badly. That pretty much covers it. If the app does crash and goes back to the XMB, it's pretty rarely. |

PS3 information: The Playstation I have is a pre-slim model that holds 80gbs. I'm in America.
Extra: I'm using the free trial at the moment, so I'm not sure if any of the problems are caused by it. Problems with the app: -The service is incredibly slow. It takes me a minimum of 15 minutes just to watch 5 minutes of a show...and that's if I decide to just endure the constant stopping. This said, I'm not sure if it is just my internet connection...I checked and my connection seems good, but I'm not entirely sure. -Almost every episode, the service stops abruptly in a random part to skip to the next episode in the series. This happens once in every episode I've started. It causes me to start back at the beginning of the episode and suffer through another section of performance issues to get back to where I started. -It crashed once during a search for "Nichijou." -Put these together and you get an almost unusable service on my side. I know that it's still a new app and it will take time to buff it out, but right now, it's not giving me the time of day. |

It's a Wi Fi connection.
Depending on the time of day and connection I'm using, it ranges from 60-80%. Is that bad in terms of using the app? Also..Does the show ending abruptly to change episodes relate to the connection? Or is that something else? |

New member to crunchy roll... having issue when playing more than one episode it starts to get choppy. I'm on a wireless connection, PS3 Slim. Would going wired help? Also it would be nice if there was a resume option instead of having to restart episodes and a way to choose resolution playback.

It does tend to be a more reliable experience when wired. That said, you can also make sure there's not a lot of crazy stuff going on on your network. The abrupt end / skip to the next episode is the device losing connection and then thinking the episode is over. I'll pass along the feedback for Resume. We're working on a way to choose resolution. |

I use Crunchyroll on my smart phone and on ps3. I noticed that some shows and movies available on my phone are not on ps3. Why is this? I can see the shows on my history but they will not play on the ps3 version nor do they appear when you search for them. On my phone however they play fine and do show up when searched for. Two examples are Hansel and Gretel and Astarottes Toy. Please help! I'd much rather watch them through my ps3 on a big screen.

Okay then. So it's probably just my PS3's connection. Well, thanks bunches for paying attention to the feedback. It really helps.

I'm noticing a strange problem with the "Kurokami The Animation" series on
PS3. Every episode is very glitchy, and tends to pause and speed up randomly as you are watching it. The video sometimes freezes while the audio continues. What is stranger, is if you rewind and re-watch that section, it does the exact same thing it did the previous time, so it's not a random glitch. It's more like the anime source itself is broken somehow. Additionally, When I try to click "videos" on Tower of Druaga, The Aegis of URUK, it gives me an error message and says to try again later. |

After using the crunchyroll app on ps3 for week, it finally crashed. I tried reinstalling the program but still failed. Is anyone experiencing it?
