I'm having problems viewing The Pet Girl. It stutters badly. I thought maybe my Internet was acting up and tried some other shows, and yes, it's only this show that's acting up.

There is no selection to check off in 'options'. The app will play the highest quality video it can based on your internet speed and the availability for a particular show.

Have you been watching many other shows?
Can you try exiting the app, shutting down the machine, then turning it back on and giving it another go?
If you have been viewing for awhile, it could be that you need to flush the memory.

Yeah, I'm familiar with that, and I did try it twice. I guess maybe its just another random stability issue.

It's become really unstable now. It crashes whenever just moving through episodes or right after playing an episode. You hear a soft chime and then the screen goes blank. The only way out of it is power down the PS3 using the button on the console since it won't respond once the app crashes. But that one episode of SAO I got to watch did look nice.

something is going on with the ps3 app cause I can`t watch Hunter X Hunter or Saint Seiya Omega. When I hit X button they make like they are loading but stay at the browser.

Hi, I no longer have any sounds with the CrunchyRoll app on my PS3. It was working around 8PM at my weekend house, took the PS3 back home, and now I have no sound.
PS 3 Slim, fully updated, and the CR streams are coming in at 720P. Not sure if something happened this evening. I have sound with everything else on my PS3 right now, except the CR app.
Videos I tried are My Ordinary Life, and My Little Monster. They're playing in what seems like 720P, but they have no audio.

I seem to be suffering from some video issues with the PS3 client. I keep getting frequent video pauses. At first I thought it was simply a bandwidth issue at my end, but my PC on the same network (both are wired) has none of these issues.

i love the site but im having one concern
why cant free users sign in to the PS3 app?
it kinda defeats the purpose of having an account, unless you pay, ot use another device (like the ROKU)

The whole loss of sound with my PS3 CrunchyRoll app has me sad. I been streaming at least 3-5 hours a day with it.  |

I'm having the same problems on my PS3, but it only started yesterday.... iPhone & PC are fine.... Hmmmmm??

hi i just cant seem to log on on the crunchyroll ps3 application because it says that i need to be connected to the psn when in fact i have been connected all this time? can anyone tell me on whats going on ?? btw, i'm on the free 1 month trial but after that its done i'm planning to stay as a pay member just to support the awesome job of the people that works at crunchyroll |
