hello i figured i'd post here before contacting help. anyway since the 720p streaming has become available i've run into a problem where i can run the ps3 app fine (it turns on, i can serch thur different section and such ect) but after i play one episode as soon as the episode ends and it brings me back to my queue my ps3 freeze's and i need to restart the whole thing. please help i can only watch one episode at a time without restarting my ps3. thanks

Ever since CR updated to 720p streaming I haven't been able to stream any videos, the screen is just black. I have a very slow connection speed where I live (1.2mb) and I would love to have a 480p/720p streaming option on the settings if possible. Thank you.

I uninstalled the PS3 crunchyroll app. PS Store is down, but once it is up, I will reinstall and see if that cures my problem with no audio from any videos in the CR app on PS3.

I fixed it by the following: - uninstalled CR - downloaded and reinstalled - powered the system up by holding the power button and waiting for the second beep. This seems to have reset the HDMI connection between the TV and PS3. I have audio again with the CrunchyRoll app. |

Whenever I move my PS3 between TVs I always have to reset the connections settings to get everything to work correctly, even if both TVs use the same setup. |

I have ps3 Slim and everything has been working fine so far.
Recently I've had an issue though while watching Durarara!! After watching an episode, whether I use R1 to skip to the next episode, the next automatically starts after the last one is finished, or I simply exit out of the episode, the app freezes and I have to restart the ps3. Any suggestions? |

So regardless of whether you hit R1, Circle, or let the video automatically play through till the next one starts... it freezes. If you can make sure I have full directions on what happens starting from opening the app, I will see if I can freeze our machine! |

Yeah, I'll walk through what happens: I open the app. Durarara!! is already on my queue, so I start the episode from the home page. i'm having the same issue with freezing following an episode whether i skip with R1 or circle to exit back to my queue. having the issue while watching Gundam Wing.
