Sure thing!

If you'd been playing videos for awhile it might be that the mem cache was filling up and needed a log out / log back in.

having PS3 app issues, already sent an e-mail ticket, but figured i'd cross post here for wider dissemination, and in the hope that there is a workaround i missed in skimming a 50 page forum thread.


Having an issue with the PS3 app, shows that I know are available are not showing in any of the various listings.

This is a recent development, within the past 7 days i believe.

Two examples: medaka box, and btooom are not showing in the updated or alphabetical list.

they can be added to my queue via the website(currently my only secondary cruchyroll access) but any attempt to view them via the PS3 app leads to not only an app crash, but a PS3 crash


any help or workarounds will be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time

You need to set the Mature Content Filter to "Show Mature Content" here https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video

And then you need to make sure you have your birth date set here http://www.crunchyroll.com/editprofile/?tab=basic

ooops, sorry, my standards for mature content would be well above what crunchyroll allows, didn't even look for a filter, thanks

does seem strange that until I made a website account the mature content was defaulted to show, at my age no issue, but something to look at

On episode one it stops at 3:05, 6:42, 13:35, 16:38, 23:07.

It has to do with the app and Sony's policies. (And Apple's as well, since shows rated mature are blocked in the iOS app until you have the filter set to show them)

I had some similar blips when watching episode one. I'm going to push new encodes on it then test again later. See if that helps before pushing new encodes on Season 1.

Anyone else having issue's with the que & the second season of Medaka Box?Just noticed that my que is showing season 1 episode 1,when it should be showing coming soon for episode 6 of season 2.I tried removing it & re adding it,but it only shows episodes from season 1.

It looks like new encodes fixed the issue for me.

Can you confirm on ep 1 for me?

Also, does it seem that this is happening on all episodes for this series, or just the first?

Episode one is perfect ep 2 has some problems 18:15 10:25 so it might be more than one episode.

I unplugged the router for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, and started the PS3. Netflix works, Crackle works, everything else works, except Crunchy Roll still does the same thing where it loads up, get the spinning circle at the bottom right, and then nothing loads up though when I look on the computer it shows up under my recently watched.

Can not understand what may be causing it to error out.
