I'm loving the service, the PS3 app, not so much ATM. But I know it's Sony dragging its heels, not you guys so I can be patient.

My issues.

There is the obvious audio/video syncing issues.
There is also a lot of lag when browsing the menus.
For me, the alphabetical master list for both anime and drama was not in alphabetical order, in fact it was in random order.
It crashes with somewhat frequency.

The weirdest issue that no one else mentioned is that videos in the queue does not resume from the last watched position as it should. Rather it always restarts at the beginning of the video regardless of any efforts.

I've brought up the videos not resuming issue early in the thread, but I may have brought it up too late as it was after CR had already sent the patch to Sony for approval.

As for your other problems they should be addressed as soon as Sony approves the patch and releases it. Hopefully it will be tomorrow when Sony updates the Playstation Store.

Well, that kinda sucks :(. Well, maybe we'll have to wait for another patch for the queue issue. But I'm sure CR would have discovered it before sending the patch to SONY though.

I just downloaded the PS3 app and I love being able to watch Crunchy Roll on my TV. However there are a few suggestions that I would like to see. For one, it would be helpful for those who are not sure as to what anime they want to watch to have a Categories section. Like you do on the Roku and the Iphone App. Another thing, the app on my PS3 desyncs the video and audio and it buffers a crap ton! Will this be addressed with the next patch? Also I'm not sure I like the L2 and R2 button being the rewind and fastforward. When I lay down the remote I guess those buttons are really sensitive. Maybe change it? Other than that, the app is really cool and I love it. I'm just ready for all these glitches to be fixed.

I got the following message after emailing them about the PS3 issues. I guess they have a patch that is awaiting Sony approval. Hopefully this will fix everything!

Any word on the patch? I haven't tried watching anything and am waiting on the patch since the video audio hiccup issue is really annoying when trying to watch subbed content.

Yeah, it would be nice to have an idea of when the patch will go live. I understand that Sony is probably dragging their feet and controls the release, but any information would be useful. The playback problem is bad enough that watching right now feels rather pointless.

I thought sony would release the patch today since they updated the store.. NOPE... what they could be thinking is beyond me. Damn crap.
