Tried changing settings, uninstalling app, reinstalling app, logging out, logging back in, and even at one point formatted the whole drive and downloaded it fresh. I can click on any anime and I'll get the dim loading screen just for it to return to my list after 10-15 seconds, though it registers that I watched the episode. Can you try unplugging your router and leaving it off for a good 5-10 minutes then plug it back in and let me know if this resolves the issue? I unplugged the router for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, and started the PS3. Netflix works, Crackle works, everything else works, except Crunchy Roll still does the same thing where it loads up, get the spinning circle at the bottom right, and then nothing loads up though when I look on the computer it shows up under my recently watched. Can not understand what may be causing it to error out. Wired or Wi Fi? Wired, one foot from the router. |

The app keeps crashing whenever I exit to my queue. Is anybody else having a problem with that?

I've also had a lot of issues with the app. Freezes, and crashing out. Must be why they are offering a month free with it and not the website version.

I seem to be unable to watch BTOOOM! on my PS3. Trying to start any episode of it crashes the system, and going to the "Videos" page for the show yields an error message saying "Unable to retrieve data. Please try again." Other shows seem to be working fine, its just BTOOOM! that is giving me problems. I am using a 120 GB PS3 Slim on wifi. I suppose it is also notable that I just added the show to my queue.

Quick Update: I tried the show on my PC and the Android app, and both appear to be working fine, so the problem seems to be isolated to the PS3. Also, when I went to look for the show in the "Anime" section instead of watching it from my queue, the show was missing from the lists. I checked the Simulcast and Alphabetical sections several times and couldn't find it. Again, no such problem on PC or Android. |

Ive been having trouble getting the app to work on my PS3. When I try to play anime, right before the episode loads, a "beep" like noise is heard. Then it stays at a black screen until I go and manually restart my PS3(pressing the power button). I have tried many ways to get it to play. Ive tried signing out and signing back in and playing an episode in both queue and anime section. I have also tried signing out, closing the app, sign back in. Tried using a wired and wireless connection(also did the sign in and out thing both times). None of those things seem to work. The only way I seem to get it to work is when im not signed in. It lets me play one or two eps. than it black screens. It also lets me play when I start an ep. on my computer, stop watching it( either by closing the tab or navigating away), and resume(start) it on my PS3. I have an older PS3 60 GB model CECHH01. The streaming works great on my phone and my computer.

I see there still having issues with it . I just finished watching sword art online and went to go watch The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, when i watch that show every time my ps3 freeze on me and i have to manuly restart the system. and it seem like i am not the only one having this issue. some shows work then other don't and they freeze the system. I like the app if it was not for half the time its not working. at lest in not to hard to play anime on my tv to my computer. but still this should be an easy fix.
