Need quick help.. My tv is going on black scen whenever i try the app for ps3, ive tried the hosts suggestion of logging out and then in for the user. But still to no avail.. Need some help on this one pls....

I've got the current generation of PS3- and just a few weeks ago my wife & I finshed watching Boys Over Flowers (which was one of the things that got us to buy a paid subscription and gain interest in the app, randomly browsing on PS3).

Now it won't let me log on to Crunchyroll on my PS3 using the same password that works without a hitch on my laptop, tablet and Android phone. I keep entering the exact same email & password- and it gives me the message: "You must be a premium member...."

Can I please get a fix on this?

The problem is you aren't a premium member... Once you re-subscribe it should let you log in.

App works perfectly on my 360 but when I try to use it on my ps3 as soon as I click on the anime the screen goes black and it makes the cancel sound and freezes the ps3, can anyone help me out?

Am very close to canceling membership, but what the heck, lets try this! Ps3 keep freezing. on 3 different shows. works ok on ipad but am paying premium membership for ps3 use. constructive advice please?

My guess is that you are trying to watch an anime from your queue and you don't have mature content enabled.

Is the bug for pushing r2 till the end and the ps3 crashes being worked on?

Also blue exorcist keeps pausing every few minutes and skips. Also the auto play box pops up and says skipping to next video...-_-

I'd like to know this too, as it has gone on for far too long, like much of this crashing has on the PS3 application. Ordinarily it's not such a big deal (the app will crash my PS3 1-2 times in a 4 hour session), but watching Medaka Box, well trying to watch season 2, is impossible. If I try to R2 to season 2, it crashes my PS3, if I just try to navigate with the d-pad, it also crashes my PS3. This doesn't happen on my other queued titles as frequent, but it's impossible for me to watch season 2 of Medaka Box.

I've since gone back to watching anime on my PC, which makes Croll completely useless to me. I'll give it another month and that's it, back to free-streaming sites for everything I go. There really is no excuse for this at this point. There are so many other streaming video services on the PS3 without these crashing issues (not to mention Croll has had ample time to fix the issue), do something about it already; or don't, I don't care, saving $7 a month works for me too.

The quality for "Seitokai No Ichizon - Student Councils Discretion" looks really low, like 480p low, other animes look top notch.

Can you put that all in an email and use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page so I can troubleshoot via email?
