Hey everyone! Time to sticky a new thread for help, suggestions, feedback, all of the things you gotta say about the new Samsung App.
Current Known Issues -There is an issue with returning from an episode of a show to the list of episodes if it is over 20 episodes. -This has been corrected and will be pushed in an upcoming update. -There is an issue where an error message pops up in 'My Queue' and 'Watchlist' -This has been corrected and will be pushed in an upcoming update. -There is an issue where if you are a Tai Seng subscriber as well, the Drama programming is unavailable. -This has been corrected and will be pushed in an upcoming update. -The ability to change subtitle language. -Currently working on adding this functionality. Please feel free to leave suggestions, feedback, or ask for help here! |

Hi, in the samsung app i can't change the subtitles. In the ps3 app or in the webpage i can see the spanish subtitles, but in the samsung app, the subtitles are only in english

Having the option to find animes by genre and be able to search for an anime by typing the name would be awesome!

could you please make it so that we can skip to the next episode by pressing a button on the remote?

Also another thing should be added is that when you click on an anime title and click videos U have the option to see the newest episode or the oldest just like what the website has. I think it would be very useful.

I found that videos in the queue does not resume from the last watched position as it should. Rather it always restarts at the beginning of the video.
I also want to say that the app in the TV is behaving better that the one for the PS3 :D. Anybody knows what resolution uses the samsung app? is it 480p? |

i find if i dont use the remote for a bit the screen saver comes on like a video isent playing this shuld only happen if its paused i wuld think only happens on cruchyroll app
screen saver setting: pixel shift auto protection time 10 min side gray (light) also i wuld like to sort the anime updated by last updated like on crunchyroll.com |

He's going to fix that and it will be included in the first patch/update. Resolution is 480p. |

You can also push the screensaver time forward to resolve this issue. If you go to the 'Anime' section of the app there is an 'Updated' selection. |

Hi, How do you see the rest of the description for the anime? Whenever I want to see what the anime is about and I look at the description its always cut off and I wondering how I can see the rest of it? For an example it says dglkadlgkadlgkalfgksadgklasaoekogkw..............
and I can't see the rest of the description? |

I'm having an issue playing some titles (omamori himar and school days being some). THey simply dont work. If i hit the play or pause buttion, the status bar come up at the top and just says "some random episode title". I tried the logging out and back in gimick that says it'll work for PS3 but that didnt help.
Note i tried School days/Omamori Himari on the ps3 and had the same prob. Anyone else have this issue and/or could you fix it? |

We actually are in an ongoing process to shorten descriptions to x characters so SOME day this will be resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience. |
