There currently is up to a 7 hour delay from when the videos are released on our site and released to our various apps due to technical reasons. Though we are actively working to resolve these issues so that the videos are released across all platforms at the same time.

HI.. I JUST WANT TO ASK THE DEVELOPER, WHY I CANNOT PLAY SOME ANIME THAT I MARK "QUEUE"
WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY AT MY SAMSUNG SMART TV THIS ERROR APPEAR "RESPONSE ERROR: PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER!"

It looks like you have a 2010 model Samsung.
The app is currently available on 2011 and 2012 models.

I'm having the same problem with not being able to play anything out of my queue. I own a samsung BD-E5900 with the app up to date. when I hit play, the picture stand still and at the top where the title appears it says "some random episode title". I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck
