Just uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and it did the same thing, response error please try again later and sends me back to the first episode. There is no picture for the first episode though so I have to go back to the title page and then scroll through all the episodes again. This happened on Gintama at episode 21. Beelzebub worked properly until episode 19 when 19 finished playing episode 20 never even came up. When I scroll through the episodes they scroll in sections 1-20, 1-19 and so on The videos work fine until the last episode but after watching the last episode in the first section it won't show the title of the next video in the second section. If I scroll to the second second section 21 or above or whatever episode the second section starts on, after those episodes end is when I get the response error message.

Can you give me steps on how I can try to reproduce this in office?
I've re-read your posts but am not quite sure how I should be doing this.

Go to episode 1 of Gintama, don't load the video just scroll through the episodes until it stops at episode 20. Then it takes a few seconds for the next section of videos to load so you can scroll through them. Go to episode 21 and watch the episode or just let it play out. When the video is over the app will not show the next video which should be 22, instead it will say response error please try again later. I am just calling them sections and what I mean by that is the videos that you can scroll through before it pauses to load the next section. The videos in the first section work like they should, it's just when you get to any that are after that first section that the problem occurs. Hope this explains it a little better.

I've got the episode running right now and the engineer who built the app is also alerted to the problem.

Just finished testing this and was able to reproduce.
Engineers are aware of it and have a good idea of what is causing the problem.

Can you tell me, does this happen on shows that are in your Queue?

We're going to work on fixing the issue, but the fix will be included in the next update which we do not currently have an ETA on.

I don't have many shows in my Queue so will add one and see what happens and will let you know. Really appreciate the quick response and customer service at CR. Compared to another anime service I have your company makes them look pathetic, in all aspects. Thanks again.

Just tried a video in my Queue and it worked fine. Watched episode 22 and after it ended episode 23 showed up.

I think I was marathonning Usagi Drop when this happened, and maybe it gets like that if you watch a lot of stuff in one sitting!?!?
