Help me find this anime please!!!!

It's a story about a thief girl was somehow convinced to escort this princess for a treaty of sorts, all in the while the thief is searching for a man and wants revenge. The most notable thing I could remember was they got a talking tank with a knight helmet...I just need the title please. Thanks in advance.

Except for the princess part, it sounds like The Third - The Girl with the Blue Eye.
