Well there you have it ladies and gentleman, the mass extermination of an entire people equated to capital punishment. Like as if women and children, en mass, could ever be worthy of the death penalty.

That's as wicked a position as anyone could possibly hold. No belief could be more insane, or irrational.

No need to apologize, I'll break down that website, though.

1. "'Why didn't God make us incapable of sin?' Answer: Because He didn't want puppets on a string. He didn't want windup robots. He didn't want preprogrammed people with neither choice nor will."

That's a lie and the author knows it. By becoming part of the church, you're unwilling becoming said wind-up robot. By becoming a follower, you throw away your free will in order to live a self-professed "better life." I'll keep my free will, thank you very much.

2. "God put us on this earth to know Him and to glorify Him, but that comes as a revelation to some people. They think they are on this earth to make their mark on society, or to find a career and make a living, or to have a family. Or, they believe they are here to find personal happiness. But the Bible teaches that we are put on this earth primarily to know and walk with the God who made us and to bring glory to His name. And as a result, we will never find true happiness until we start living to fulfill that purpose."

Does glorifying god pay the bills? Does it feed me and my family? If anything, this is even more self-indulgent. We owe it to ourselves as humans to better our fellow man in the short time we have. Some people, even with god on their side, will never find true happiness. How about people starving to death and dying horrendous, unspeakable deaths in Africa, despite being converted? I find happiness here, on Crunchyroll, watching anime, and doing voice over work at a radio station.

3. "Are you saying that if a person does not believe in Jesus Christ, they are going to hell? Jesus Christ Himself said, "I am the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 NKJV). If humankind could have reached God any other way, Jesus would not have had to die. His voluntary death on the cross makes this fact even more compelling."

"Christians are not superior to any other person. A person who believes Jesus Christ is the only Son of God and proclaims that truth is just one beggar telling another beggar where to find bread."

So you're saying that Jonas Sulk, the guy who cured polio in the 1940's would go to hell if he wasn't a christian? Mahatma Gandhi would go to hell because he was secular despite his peaceful liberation of India? There are plenty of good, honest people out there that do work that would be considered a good christian life. Just because they don't believe in Jesus they don't deserve to go to heaven? By that logic, you're telling me that Steve Blum, an incredibly accomplished voice actor who also does loads of charity work, will go to hell because he doesn't consider himself a christian, but rather a "Jewish spiritualist?" What a freaking joke.

And by the way, christians certainly do an excellent job of professing how superior they are and what awful atheists are, and spend every waking day trying to convert agnostics and those of other religions. Their mentality seems to be, "if you're not with us, you're against us."

4. "This excuse is often offered by those who want to continue to live in darkness. They do not want to be brought into the light of Jesus Christ. Jesus does not say, "Follow the church," or "Follow the people." Jesus says, "Follow me" (Matthew 9:9; Mark 8:34; John 12:26)."

"We are given the freedom to choose. We have the ability to sin—to make choices that are against the teachings of God. Church is not a meeting place for saints, but a hospital for sinners. The worst sin you can commit is to say no to God. It is a "Son" issue, not a "sin" issue. You will find hypocrites in the church because we are all sinners. You will also find people who are trying to live their life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ."

The question is "there are too many hypocrites in church. Why should I become a christian." Barring that the bible itself has inconsistencies and self-contradictions, the answer conveniently sidesteps the question. This is insulting. It basically tells me, "You're doing it wrong. Just ignore our spades of child molesters and other actions that are in direct contrast to what we preach." All the denominations of christianity will tell you the same thing: "Don't question us."

5. "What did you try? Did you go to a church? Did you read the Bible? Did you ask Christ into your life? Did you trust in what Jesus claimed? Did you examine the claims of Christ? Most people know the Ten Commandments and the things that "thou shalt not" do. But the Bible also commands us to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind" (Mark 12:30 NKJV). If you are not doing that, you are falling short in God's eyes."

Statement: "I tried church before, but it didn't work for me." Again, they're telling me that I'm doing it wrong. If I have free will, then I should be allowed to worship in my own way. And yes, I'm a former christian. I renounced everything when I saw that pretty much everything christians do is in direct contradiction to what they preach. It's very much a "do as I say, not as I do" religion.

There, I just refuted the claims of an entire website. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll continue to enjoy anime that gives Jesus freaks aneurisms.

I find myself kinda wishing Hell were real, just so Bazak could burn in it.

Knowing that Bazak's biblical god is a big fan of genocide, I'm sure he'll go to heaven for acting as his pro bono apologist.

I wonder sometimes if they even realize what an amazing endorsement for hell their behavior makes. At this point I can hardly wait to burn in hell. Dealing with religious psychopaths in the here-and-now is a form of torture I can't endure.

my religion is beer. I know some people say that beer worship can lead to bad things and even some "scientists" say it can be unhealthy for you. But I just know in my heart that beer is good.

i'm a religious Muslim, i wasnt religious before, but then i took it upon myself to study my religion, i believe that the religion with 0 scientific errors in its book is the truth, & until now i havent found one error in our book, ive watched many debates about this or that being an error, but they are always debunked.

religion does seem like a big fairy tale but with the proof of my religion's truth right in front of me i cant deny it, and my life has been alot better ever since i started practicing it, and dont mistake a religious muslim for what u might have seen/heard on tv please, those are just extremists

The Quran stated that humans were created from Clay...
The Quran stated that Sun & Moon orbit the Earth...
The Quran stated that the Earth is created within 6 days...
The Quran stated that rain water is pure...

im not a scholar of my religion ofcourse, but ill try to respond with all i have, and this will be my final post, God willing

for your first point, http://www.miraclesofthequran.com/scientific_59.html

It states that the sun and moon have orbits of their own, not that they orbit the earth.

http://www.miraclesofthequran.com/scientific_33.html, this is for your third point, the scientific explanation.

4th, rain water is actually pure, even scientifically so, you cannot study rain water AFTER it reaches earth to determine its purity, rain water mixes with substances in the air on its way to earth, for example sulphur dioxide, giving it acidity, therefore, rain water is actually pure.

This will be my final post because as i have stated i am not a scholar or anything.

Saying that they have an orbit of their own doesn't disprove the fact that the Quran stated that they orbit the Earth...

Rain water comes from clouds and clouds can be polluted...!

Having claimed God for ourselves, each religion declared damnation of the heathen.

And as God does he answers prayers, and no man reaches heaven.

Woe unto your fellow man is woe unto yourself.

We will all be merry bubbling on Satan's bloated shelf.
