I notice a lot of the longer anime that follow a romantic theme whether guys or girls do not really end even it, gives a I wonder what will happen next ending but only continues in the manga. Do you think this is to keep the manga selling or even an introduction to make people aware of the manga??

anime is out there because once the manga is out people are interested in it thus allowing them to make money off the anime

probably, because a lot of people (including me) don't read mangas, i only watch anime, so if some mangas didn't have animes of them, then i probably wouldn't have heard of the manga in the first place

Anime exists to further profit from an already profitable manga.

no anime is just a type of entertainment that came from from manga like movies came from books.

not all anime is bases off manga and not all manga has an anime

The anime is only produced if the manga sells or how popular it has. once produced into a anime they would gain more profits out of it. It really depends on how popular it is...

There is a difference between the manga and anime.... one that gives more info on story while the anime shows lil information that was just gathered after reading the manga itself

I think it does

Ok the main reason is of course: money.

Also the difference in manga and anime is...

in manga, you get a better grasp of the storyline and you can think through what is currently going on.

the anime, you watch it for the action areas in a series since it can go into more detail in scenes

HMMM I DONT KNOW

In some ways...

I think it's a lot of things. If the manga does well and is popular then anime companies will want to step in and create the animated version, in hopes of getting profit for it's popularity... But turning it into an anime would also get the story out to more people, and hopefully make some hardcore fans who get interested in the manga too.

I suppose in the end, whatever the reason, it's for profit.
