I was eating it so much during college I don't think I'll ever have one again. I just go to an actual ramen shop and get the real fresh kind.

- Tasty (all that salt...)

- Filling and satisfying

- Fast and convenient

- Cheap

- Easily customizable to your tastes (egg, meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu, etc.)

- Very hard to go bad and easily stored

I knew students in college who literally ate cereal for breakfast, plain ham/cheese sandwich for lunch, and instant ramen for dinner every day for months. I don't know how they did that, maybe a simple palate or out of necessity, because I'd get bored quick. Not to mention the malnutrion...

I still do this.. But

Morning-Oatmeal
Lunch- Nutr shake and rice cracker
Dinner- Ramen

almost 4-6 times a week... single life is awesome and saves you so much money.

I like making ramen from scratch. After that instant ramen became sorta stale.. Plus with all that sodium! It isn't good to eat it a lot.

That's sounds quite healthy, and yes, very easy on the wallet. It must be nice to be able to put that extra money you save in the bank, because honestly, eating out can be so expensive and unhealthy unless you're smart about it.

You're blessed, my tastebuds get bored easily.

Ramen is overrated IMO. It's not even that good. I prefer Lo Mein or Yakisoba.
