It isn't the case where the series says it isn't available in my region, it's just that the videos aren't even there. When I click on the series it just comes up with its respective page minus the videos. I'll attach two print screens of my situation so you can see what exactly is happening.

It doesn't even show up in my anime queue, obviously this is pretty annoying as I feel like im missing out on stuff which i shouldnt otherwise miss.

So far i've just had this problem with anohana and angel beats. Both recently added anime, so maybe that has something to do with it?

edit: even Another has the same problem, I mean this kind of problem really sucks even more so since I'm a premium member. I would at least be able to understand it not being available in my region. :|

Scroll down and look at the right side underneath the user ratings. It will say "Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region.". Anohana, Angel Beats and Another are not available in the UK.

ahh that makes sense, I think the notice used to be at the top before so that's probably why i was confused.
