People assume I'm gay all the time, because I enjoy anime, and have cute stickers from K-On, BRS, etc on my car.
It's rather annoying.
I have nothing against gay people at all, but it's annoying that people assume I am simply because I like cute anime and they don't watch it xD

lol, story of my life, the same happens to me when I'm on contract but it's because 75% of my friends are girls.
otherwise I'm fine when I'm at school.

people assume I'm scary when nothing could be further from the truth. people also assume I'm not as heavy as I am and here in england things are not made for heavy people, so when I'm cautious about the weight limit of things I get funny looks. The funniest/rudest assumption I've had was when I was 13, my parents were going through a divorce and I had to see someone to discuss who I wanted to live with. When we got to the desk the receptionist said the young offenders place was next door haha.

haha it's mostly coz I'm a big guy but when they know me they don't find me scary. I wasn't really that offended I tend to take a relaxed attitude to stuff and she was really embarrassed so I just thought reflect on your stupidity.

Haha, I guess that's a good way of handling the situation xD
That's a horrible reason to find someone 'scary' though, then again this topic is about assumptions, and most assumptions are based on nothing solid but horrible reasoning.
