This problem occurs sporadically on video adds. It does not occur on every single add,but in order to watch anime/drama, you have to refresh the page several times until the add plays. The problem itself is basically just the add bar at the top staying at 16-31-32 seconds while a green pattern moves in a circle motion instead of playing the add. This does not keep you from watching the videos,but is just frustrating when you have to refresh the page in order to be able to.

I hope you can fix this(or if anyone has a tip,I'd be quite grateful). Thanks :)

Anyone else having this problem?

ad* (Sorry, had too)
add = +

What browser are you using and what version of flash do you have installed? Have you tried clearing your browser history (including cookies) and restarting your computer? If you have browser add-ons installed try disabling those as well to see if the problem still occurs (Especially if you have an advertisement blockers).

How long has this problem been occurring? If it is a recent problem has there been any changes to your computer? Install any new software?

Using firefox,latest version of flash..Cleaned browser and restarted computer,did not change anything. I don't have any ad blockers installed.

I noticed this problem today,but I don't recall installing a new software or anything recently.

Thanks for your answer

Try watching with another browser. I preferr Opera, but Chrome or Internet Explorer will be good just to check if the video plays. (Just to see if it is a browser issue or a flash issue) It seems that most people who have problems with the advertisements use Firefox. I tried to troubleshoot a video for a free member the other day and was not even able to play the video using Firefox because as soon as the first advertisement stopped playing, Firefox would stop responding and then crash.

I think Bjaker has been dealing with similar playback issues with other members, he may be able to further assist you if you fill out the Contact Us form. http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact It is located on every page at the bottom, but it is in small letters so it can be easily missed.

Just as a future FYI, Bjaker does not work weekends so do not expect a quick reply if you submit during the weekend.

Hopefully we can help solve this problem for you, just keep us updated with anything that you try.
