Akira's group found human skeletons scattered around the ground, Nishikiori is still being sneaky, and Akira plans for half of the group to stay & build a bunch of boats. Click to show or hide They split into groups, with an all-star team heading into the final tower. They found wrecked cars, entered the building, and something is watching them. (Probably Arita & Hades, or maybe a prehistoric animal.) Nothing else really happened, but it was a great chapter. The next few chapters will be awesome, with them finding out secrets about the island, and meeting whatever is watching them.

Click to show or hide The chapter was only good for the last few pages which pretty much built up the suspense even more, I'm getting impatient already! The starting was pretty much filler, they certainly didn't need to spend about half of it just mentioning who will go along. Igarashi-san was definitely a surprise, though. Looks like Oomori actually finally told someone else about what she knew regarding the grave.

I'm still hoping that the other dangerous animals are still in this manga, since it seems like the author has forgotten about them lately. But I guess he just wants to get to the point & tell us what's at the final tower.

Click to show or hide Yep, finally another person died since Hikime, I think. I liked Tooru, but if he is to be a sacrifice to remind everyone of the grim situation, so be it. Looks like the mangaka decided to remind everyone that there are weird animals and abominations that travel around the island. Like what many people have thought, and the theory further amplified by Tooru's last words, I think that they have faced a time skip.
