Great Teacher Onizuka
I don't know many people that watched Zero No Tsukaima when it first aired. I like running into people that have so I don't feel so old.

I actually recognize most of those anime!

...Not that I'm actually a expert. I'm a partial anime noob. Anyways, there's one that I'm sure 99.5% of people here haven't heard of:

Arcana Famiglia. It's a new reverse harem anime...it's cute and the graphics are just beautiful/refreshing but as things usually go there's nothing very substantial here...after all, along with a newer manga, was based off a visual novel. Personally I enjoy it but it leaves me with a sense of disappointment after every episode, but then again, most anime do (I'm always wondering what a anime concept could have been with more depth, etc, so...it's almost impossible to satisfy me... )

And then there's Revolutionary Girl Utena...though I'm just putting it here b/c it's old and I don't know how popular it is....

I translate "scary" into awesome 98% percent of the time, you know, because of the nice boat scandal.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Its one of the most entertaining things I have seen and somehow...
Also Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro, Soo underrated >:|

I have read more manga than watched anime though, soo yeah

Also, Aracana Famiglia has been hyped to death, atleast here, just a bunch of pretty boys, I dont mind pretty boys, actually, I love pretty boys, but the show didnt strike me to be worth watching

Forgot to mention MM and Aki Sora, the latter is incest and the former is perverted like hell, but still entertaining.

While its old, what about Boogiepop Phantom?

Most of the anime title that I have re-watched other people have heard of. I think Midori Days leads the list, followed by Haibane- Renmei. Both of these give me warm fuzzies. (But don't try to push the logic in them too far.) By the way, I liked Sky Girls too. I just wish that the girls were a little ....older.

The ones that have gotten buried are, in my opinion pretty bad. The top one has to be Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. I saw it at Otakon quite a while ago, and it is still running in Japan. Wikipedia says that the anime was due to be released again in 2012. The hero in the story uses nose hair to fight evil. It is funny for about one episode, then you realize that this is really gross. Wikipedia states about the manga, " When asked about why the previous volumes were not being published at Anime Expo 2008, Viz said it was due to the "content".[1]"

Oh, I also liked Tokyo Mew Mew. What's not to like about a cat girl working in a pastry shop, and in her spare time saving Tokyo? I don't think that the uncut anime version has ever been released here. If you like complex plot lines you probably won't like this.
