My automatic payments have been suspended/cancelled

I became a premium member about 4 months ago and set up automatic payments so i paid through Paypal every 3 months. I came online yesterday and i had an email from both Crunchyroll and Paypal saying that 'Crunchyroll has suspended your automatic payments' and that i'm no longer a premium member. My last payment was on '19 July 2012' so i only just recently paid last month and have not cancelled the membership.
I emailed yesterday and appreciate you must be busy but i paid for a subscription and haven't been able to watch the latest episodes i want yesterday or today. Plus i fully intend on still being a premium member. I would really appreciate any help with this matter. |
