If we are going strictly canon, then SSJ3 Goku would be defeated by Ultimate Gohan. The latest form of Naruto would also give him a challenge.

Reasoning: Includes SPOILERS from Medaka Box. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Kumagawa has the ability to make ANYTHING become nothing, including Goku's strength, and even his own death. Kumagawa is so weak that he can instantly analyse the weaknesses of others. Kumagawa even has another ability that can lower an opponent to his own level of weakness. So with this, Kumgawa can defeat Goku in a battle. But Kumagwa being the never-winning loser he is, he cannot win against Goku.

I even named two of them earlier, so give me a break.

My list 1) Itachi Uchiha- tsukiyomi and amataratsu 2) tengen toppa gurren lagann- size, and galaxy maybe even universal busting capabilities. 3) Lelouch vi britainia- gease 4)haruhi suzumiya- nearly omnipotent I have more but these are the ones who come to mind. if you haven't scean gurren lagann you cant talk about it kk? okay to start off with Itachi and Lelouch both need to make eye contact in order to use their respective powers, therefor goku could just not look them in the eye and fire a kamehameha at them. as for gurren lagann (which is in my top 3 favorites so theirs no favoritism here) I think that would be a good fight but I think goku could still destroy it. Lets not forget that gou became so powerfull that he had to leave with the eternal dragon. oh and In a survey conducted by Oricon in 2007 between 1,000 people, Goku, the main character of the franchise, ranked first place as the "Strongest Manga character of all time." I haven't seen haruhi so I cant comment fairly on that
