questions: when did the world ever decide and agree that Goku was the so called "most powerful" and can beat anyone??? sounds like those people don't watch any anime other than DBZ

I mean when you think about it, in just a few anime, there is always that character that is so powerful they can wipe the universe from existence if they wanted to which just a thought (they are basically the god in their universe)

case in point, Madoka from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica and Haruhi from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu

Reimu Hakurei is the most powerful human being ever, she beaten 2 class-Z vampire, undead princess, gap youkai, density demon, 2 immortals, 2 gods, a nuclear fushion bird, a mind reader, a youkai jesus, an alien more powerful than anyone else, a celestial saint and a shapeshifter racoon.

I don't think anybody would be able to beat Goku. It is a given fact that every time someone does beats him down he always ends up getting stronger and beating the guy. This is the way I see it.

I've not had the honor of playing the Digimon Wonderswan games (besides the first one, because it was the only one with an English version apparently. >_>) but I'm pretty sure Milleniumon could stand a chance. I mean, look at its attacks.

Power-wise, I'd have to say certain characters would fit the bill. This is what I can come up with so far:

Need I explain? This guy can redirect ANYTHING. Just a touch and you're a bloody mess.

Yukari Yakumo from the Touhou series
She's the youkai of boundaries. Just a wave of the hand, the border of life and death will be bent and he's gone.

Zetta from Makai Kingdom
And pretty much almost anyone powerful from the Disgaea series. He's the Overlord of Overlords of Netherworlds! If you haven't seen the numbers you can make in the series, then go find out, now.

I somewhat disagree on Haruhi Suzumiya. She is capable of doing it, but she doesn't even realize she has that kind of power. It would be hard to make her crack. Yuki Nagato could help, as well.

Ah yes, one of the most widely debated power in Nasuverse.

Theoretically speaking, MEDP(Mystic Eyes of Death Perception) can cut through anything but MEDP depends on how close the user attained the root. In other words, the more the user close to Akasha, the more the user understand the basic flaws of the universe.

For example, Shiki Tohno can cut anything that has physical existence since he took a glimpse on Akasha but he cannot cut anything intangible like magic or concept(this is why Shiki Tohno can't kill Wallachia without the help of Arcuied). Since Shiki Ryougi is much more closer to Akasha than Shiki Tohno, she can cut anything that is intangible like concepts, magic and Origin but she cannot cut solid objects like concrete wall(see Touka Aozaki's dialogue in Kara no Kyoukai movie 7).

There are exception to this instant death kill from MEDP. If the target doesn't have any concept of death(like the Ultimate One or a True Ancestor under the full moon, the MEDP user cannot see point of death nor he can see the lines of death.

Oh, I figured that out when I visited the Typemoon wikia. Theoretically, it can kill anything. I just hate power level threads with a passion hence why I wrote the same thing for majority of my posts.

And since you seem to be quite knowledgeable of "power levels", can you explain tome why The Living Tribunal is considered more powerful than The One Above All? From what I read, The One Above All created The Living Tribunal. There are cases in which the creator is overthrown by its creation but I would think in this case that The One Above All would be stronger than The Living Tribunal.
