The updated version is not working on my phone. I have an android 2.3.6. I had it installed on my phone before and then it was uninstalled by accident. Now when I try to re install it and it's saying that its not compatible with my phone. any ideas as to why?  |

The last "update" they issues pretty much broke the app for a lot of gingerbread users. None of my gingerbread devices can run it, but if I run 4.0.3 ICS then the issue goes away. I'm not sure if that was intentionally done or just an adverse side effect.

Got support via email practically immediately. For only paying about $7 a month for service, that's some pretty awesome customer support. Just thought I'd toss that out there. |
