I've always owned mutts so it's hard to say. My first dog was a kind of Greyhound/Labrador mix, who was a great dog. My current one is a terrier / german shepherd probabably. Mutts rule!

it would have to be a Blue Heeler. These dogs are super smart and they herd different animals. Also known as Cow Dogs. Best dog i ever had.

I prefer larger dogs, but my favorites would have to be Siberian Huskies and German Shepherds.
But mutts can also be pretty awesome, there's really no burning desire for me to own a completely purebred.

i have a winnier dog but he has bit me several times attacked my mother when she was taking him to the vet... i'm not saying we weren't to blame for some of it but if he attacks my ass one more time i'm giving him back to my parents and they can keep him. What dog out there is small and friendly to all people.. my dog hates everyone including me on some days he is a major alpha dog and although when he does bite its not like he is going to take your arm off ... still i don't like not being able to have people over because my guard dog attacks anyone.

My all-time favourite dog would have to be the beagle.
A sweet and loyal dog and with proper training it rarely howls. I remembered how mine never howled unless something strange happened. They tend to wander around a lot, mostly cause they ARE a hunting breed. Overall their temperament is manageable, stubborn but they are so nice and sweet.

I am not sure, very hard to decide! However, I do love Finnish/Siberian Husky, because of their ice blue eyes (mainly), I also love Scotch Collies and especially German Shepherds and the Blue Heeler (Australian Cattle Dogs)
