For me, I'd have to say either Excel Saga or Dragon Half. Both of those crack me up extensively.

Gintama is great, Baka and Test is also really funny, Desert Punk is another one. ummmmm.....Heavens Lost Property, just started watching Sket Dance and it has some funny moments. Dang almost forgot...Wagnaria....that is a great show.

Ouran High School Host Club and Skip Beat are definitely up there for me. On occasion I go to GTO for a laugh when I need it. Love me some GTO.
