The application randomly led to my PS3 to crash and reformat its self when I was scrolling through the Bleach episode seasons. A first time for me. It fixed itself via restoration of some files. Big relief.

Problem still lies that the Phone application is 10 times superior when it comes to playing anime. The PS3 version stutters and freezes at times, which make for an unacceptable anime experience.

What kind of PS3® do you have? (Fat/Slim, 20,40,60GB etc)
Is your PS3® Wired or on Wi Fi? (If Wi Fi, what is the signal strength on the machine?)
What kind of Internet Service do you have and what is your max speed on the account?

If you would like to assist with testing, all current simulcasts have been re-encoded. We would love to hear if these shows are playing without issue, or any problems arise while you watch.

Slim 250 GB.
Wireless/ Modem is practically right next to it.
Time Warner Cable/ 21.54 mbps

Having issues as of August 8th patch and prior.

Cool they asked for that, I understand you are impatient, sometimes I guess things just don't go according to plan. They'll make it right, they usually do. I usually use my Roku though so I can wait, plus i'm paid up until next year so i'm in for the long haul, so I can be mellow about this.

Okay lets get this started... aye

I have a ps3 slim 120 gig model
My ps3 is hooked up through WiFi on 5.8ghz Belkin router.

Regarding the "Loading Spanish subtitles." item of the patch that was released on August 8th, it seems that are missing.

The app only shows english subs. I changed the PS3 System Language to Spanish but the app still loads with English subs. I set the default language on video preferences as Spanish but I get the same result.

is it because the app was released only on the North America Play Station Store (for NA audiences only)?

The app has only been officially released in Canada and the US.
Subtitles are supposed to only load in English at the moment.
Upon launch there were some individuals where only Spanish subtitles would load.

I apologize that we're not out in Colombia yet, but we're working on it!

We're currently working on re-encoding our entire library. We're starting with our current simulcasts and our most popular shows and will then be working backwards.

This is why Eureka Seven still has playback issues.

When the app first came out I was also having problems, but when I tried it earlier today everything seem to work perfect for me.
Great job support on getting the bugs ironed out.

Ehhhh.... I would like to try this out, but after reading about Gextiv's crash and reformating.... Well I'm trying the samples so it should be fine right? Oh, and is this free 30 day trial the standard one or a PS3 exclusive one? It's just that I don't want to waste it on a beta if it's my one and only free trial....

Of course if I bought that one year subscription that was on sale last Christmas...I still kind of regret not getting that.

At any rate keep it up, the first steps are they hardest ones to make and all that. If anything noteworthy happens I'll be sure to say something.

PS3 Slim 160 gig, tried with wired and wireless on Comcast(sadly the only game in town.)

Ever since the update I can't get anything to play. Goes to black screen and locks up my PS3. I gave up on even trying anymore as I've been watching CR from the Samsung Hub on my roomy's tv. Works much better.

When is 1080p coming?

please fix boys over flowers episodes episode 12 glitches about 7-12 minutes in when they are in the abandoned warehouse freezes then fast forward fixes and i miss the fight please fix this as soon as possible this is my favorite show (oh yeah please get this app on vita asap as wanna watch my anime on there)
