Running out of time and rushing the colouring now but oh well had fun ^_^ so here we go my avatar for SAO.

Character name: Tqq.
Character level: 56.
Class: Beserker.

Weapon: Polearm 'the serpentine'. Player crafted.
Armour (chest): Body tattoo 'the fire dragon'. Increased damage delt, increased damage received. Boss drop.
Armour (bracers): 'Flame Phoenix' 2 piece set item [1of2]. Mob drop.
Armour (belt): 'Flame Phoenix' 2 piece set item [2of2]. Mob drop.
Armour (legs): Kilt 'eternal flame'. 5 stars to represent the fallen. Hand crafted.

Points of interest.
Started off in SAO as level 1 all bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to take on the world. Met up with 5 real life friends in the starting town and formed the guild 'postional play'.
At character level 3 was badly wounded and lost vision in my right eye. Very odd have never found out if it was a bug or not but no amount of healing or potions have ever restored it.
Character level 8 we had our first death in the guild, being real life friends this hit us all very badly. This was the beginning of the end for the guild. One by one my friends were lost in combat.
By character level 45 the only other person left was Hailee. She was a blacksmith and a beast master. It was at level 45 that she crafted me the weapon I still use to this day the polearm serpentine.
At character level 46 we joined up with a raid to take on the floor end boss, it was in this encounter that Hailee lost her life. From this moment on I have been a solo player. With nothing left for me after loosing eveything I went seeking death. An information broker in town mentioned a dragon boss on the floor and so off I went solo ready to die a glorious death. Against all expections I survived. Ever since I have hurled myself into impossible encounters seeking an end to it all but it would appear that death does not want me.

2nd entry for Sword Art Online competition run by crunchyroll

Name: Tamashi
Class: Soul Capture
Class information: Soul capture classes can take the soul of the vanquished enemy and apply it to the sword they used to kill it. When the soul is attached it increases the wielders stats by the stats of the monster. the wielder also gets access to the monsters abilities and immunities.
only 1 soul can be attached to 1 sword at a time.
the only way to move a soul from 1 sword to another is to go to LV 46 Dungeon and find the sword shrine room. there you can place 1 sword in either offering slot (1 with the soul needing transferred and 1 empty of soul). you must then fight the spirit form of the monster and defeat it again. once defeated the soul is exchanged into the new sword.

So learned about this competition a few days a go but my free time is so limited it's untrue so have had to settle for a hand drawn and coloured image.

Anyway here is my entry for the competition:



Her name is Honoka Honami her class would be lancer in the game she wields a simple reinforced spear made by one of her friends, Honoka is a mostly calm individual with a level head preferring to do things in a safe manner and not take to many risks. She is very protective of the people she cares about but finds it hard to open up to new people.

I already knew of this contest and started with a drawing, when it was done it needed to be colored i installed sai but....... I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WORKED!!!!!!!!! So this is the uncolorod one but maybe i'm going to color it with the program paint or just with manga pens
so I hope you all like it :

P.S. Seeing as how my drawings aren't exactly the greatest (not to mention idk how to use computers to color and stuff), I decided to try something a tiny bit different than most. While everyone else is designing characters that are war machines that dominate the battlefield, I thought I should represent the fraction of other players in SAO who aren't fighting in the front lines everyday; the shop owners, blacksmiths, etc.

Since this is a character design contest and not just a drawing contest in general, I thought I might have a chance of winning if I did something a bit more creative and original (NOT THAT EVERYONE ELSE'S ISN'T CREATIVE OR ORIGINAL. I LOVE ALL OF YOUR DRAWINGS EVERYONE. DON'T KILL ME. ) So yeah, that’s it. Thanks for taking your time to look at my entry. Feedbacks are greatly needed ^^
