My high school experience was pretty boring and average, there was some girl drama on the side, but I've experienced crazier. I was never really bullied, I just knew some girls that were....well bitches. I hanged out with the asian nerd (and more) clique. Spent after school time in the physics room hanging out and tutoring. I'm glad I got into my high school, it was average but it was diverse and everyone was pretty nice, especially when I first entered as a freshman.

Freshman year was pretty good, til I got expelled.

Then I had to go to crappy public school and it just sucked for the rest of the time for the most part. I had fun, was popular depending on school year. But it just felt... Idk, completely worthless.

I'm still in highschool but I'm a senior right now so one more year for me. THANK YOU JUST ONE MORE YEAR!!

Yeah high school isn't very fun for me. I'm quite sociable and usually hang out with my small group because I'm comfortable around them. Though all HS is about is muscles, holy moly I wish the guys would just stop flexing and talking about their protein shakes, lifting over 200 pounds, and how many pull ups they could do. It's literally the only thing guys talk about in HS. Even my friends are starting to work out and trying to get me to do it too It's really the only reason I want to get out of HS. I've been asked 23 times last year how much I could bench. So I hope this last year is fast.

High School was a blur of uninspiring academic pursuits and uninteresting people for the most part.
I was taken in by the allure of new friends and gained some very unsavory folks who took advantage of my kindness.
(I'm rid of them now).

Looking back, the only the thing High School ever showed me was that the world is pretty sad these days...and College was up to me.

Having taken what I gained from High School, I've turned college into a reward rather than a punishment for the most part. I quite like it.

If I can get lucky enough, I'll gain the knowledge necessary in my medical program to find a good job I enjoy, and make a difference.

That's all I have to say regarding High School. I suffered pretty severe bouts of depression through most of it, so it is a blur.

freshman and half of my sophmore year, was terrible. I didnt really have any friends and i would just go home and play video games. Half way through sophmore year i got introduced to some pretty cool people and i started making a lot of friends. By my senior year i was pretty well know, but not really "cool". I was always just the nice guy that nobody would mess with and i was nice to everybody so i made a good reputation for myself.

It was fucking terrible.

The school switched my councilor and she was a bitch. I only needed two classes to graduate but my damn new guidance councilor forced me to take an extra one during my last two cycles. She wouldn't let me drop Calculus when I was failing it and didn't let me choose classes I wanted.

Graduation was stupid and a waste of time. The "special" students got good seats up on the stage while the rest of the student body were treated like peasants and not given any special privileges.

I've gained nothing but pain and sheer hatred out of high school. It made me cynical and only realize how terrible U.S. education is.

True, I had a similar experience

Its not even about getting healthy, its mostly about getting laid

We actually migrated here and from where I used to live I could say that Im pretty popular, I had alot of "connections" to the extent that I could just hang out with pretty much whoever in/out of school (providing they are in the same batch as me and of course goes to the same school)

But when we went here it just completely turned around, my group of friends is fairly limited compared to what I had and the fun I used to feel wasnt just there anymore so all of my days in high school were mostly spent alone inside the house playing video games

Social life went from excellent to pure crap in my case

Good thing I just recently graduated from high school

I literally and sincerely wish you luck on your final year

Neutral, for the most part. Nothing worth noting, except for my senior year. I really enjoyed my senior year quite a bit, and it does bring back some good memories.

College, on the other hand, I loved every year of it. I really do miss the campus, students, faculty, classes, and clubs from those years. I really need to take some time off work and go back for a visit.

High school was pretty difficult (mostly academically), but looking back, I made a lot of good memories. I was around so many awesome people, friends, teachers...

I think high school is overrated and it's not anything I would go and relive, but there were definitely amazing times during those 4 years.

Thanks! Though the guys in my school are kinda weird. They don't seem to do it to get laid or anything, I think they do it for bragging rights only. So smaller or weaker guys can look up to them and their strength (which they really don't lol). It's pretty sad that even my friends got dragged into this because all we really used to do was play videogames, watch anime, or hang out all the time. Now all they do is work out, and everytime I bring up playing games there response now is, "we don't do that anymore."

I guess the saying is true, "You change for only two reasons: You learn enough that you want to, or you hurt enough that you have to." I think my friends learned TO much lol.

High school was pretty rad for me.
Freshman year was average besides looking horribly androgynous ( i had really long hair and undeveloped shoulders and jaw which earned me the nickname Katrina despite being a guy) and sneaking out of band rehearsals to play smash bros. melee in the auditorium .
Sophomore year was incredible, not only did I play the solo for the marching band show, we also won grand champs at competition and first runner up in another; skipped cooking class pretty much all year after being able to blackmail the teacher who waved a knife too close to my head in front of the whole class; sneaked into a loft that was sealed above the ceiling in one of the instrument rooms; I helped an upperclassman sneak in a tv and hid it in my band locker which we used for Super smash bros. brawl games.
Junior year...marching band show sucked so that's half the year down the drain. Nearly failed algebra 2. However, the brass ensemble I was in performed our own take on Malaguena indoors--similar to blast but of course at a lower caliber http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGkhiiM-KRg
Senior year was pretty cool. Whenever the band room would be locked, I'd stow away in a locker until the coast was clear and let people in. The orchestra peeps started having raves during lunch and some amateur djs would mix tracks. For the first time in years, our top band received the highest rating in concert performance at the state level. As a congratulations, our director treated us, all 60 or so of us, to shakes at Sonic (a fast food joint). I arranged the "level clear" jingle from super mario bros. for the mellaphone section to play whenever we would get a first down at football games. At graduation, when we were walking from a separate building into the comencement hall, I stopped at the door, spun around, the white graduation gown billowed slightly around me, and I shouted at the people behind me "YOU....SHALL NOT... PASS!"

Crazy stuff happens when you're a part of the performing arts.

It was nothing special but it was what made me, me.

In high school, I learnt that I had other interests such as writing, watching anime and reading. I spent most of my time in high school, being involved in this activities.
I was lucky that I found a bunch of friends who shared the same interests.

Most of the time, we were pretty invisible, doing our own thing.

We left people alone if they left us alone. Whoever pisses me or us off will definitely be crushed by me. I had a talent in yelling at people who behaved irrationally towards me.

Teachers wished I participated more but I didn't.

All in all, I didn't do much in high school except for doing my own things.

I have yet to experience it. Where I live, the Freshmans are part of the middle school, so I spent three years in that hell hole. I only hope Highschool is better.

Looking back, I think I had a good high school experience. It certainly wasn't as adventurous as others may have had, or as challenging, but it was good. I was one of the quiet kids, but I had a small group of friends that carried me through all four years and I'm thankful that they were always there for me.

My classes weren't challenging enough for me to wrack my brain over them, but I learned a variety of different subjects and did well in all of them. I also developed a lot of the skills that I need now for my degree, so I can't say anything was wrong academically.

I grew up considerably during that time emotionally. I experienced death for the first time, I fell in and out of love with someone 2000 miles away from me, I fell into a year-long depression, I fell in love again with a teacher, and I managed to conquer all of my fears before I graduated. It was a rollercoaster, and I don't regret any of it.

In fact, I don't think I regret anything that happened in those 4 years. Oh, but I do regret not joining the band or orchestra. Everyone that participated in it speak so fondly of those times, and I sort of wish that I had experienced it, too.
