I loved my life before college. Now I feel impending adult hood upon me, and the pressure to do well in class, make friends, join clubs, and all that jazz. Any advice on how to deal with these feelings? Give in to your feelings, isolate yourself and study like a madman. Or... don't do what I did.... your choice |

Those not questing for knowledge, walk the path of perpetual ignorance.

Dont go out to parties too much and study everyday. 2 hours of studying can be of great help and is required esp if your course is a professional one. You just dont pass a subject. You gotta make that happen. Ok sorry for lecturing you too much but based on my experiences as an accounting student, it's pretty hard.
and oh, you dont wanna get involved with friends that dont do well in class...you might get attached to their personality and get yourself lazy to study also. |

It is a great experience to find yourself. While it definitely it is extremely overwhelming initially and might take its toll on you initially, I implore you to endure. You will get used to how you need to partition your time. I would also HIGHLY recommend you join a club and do activities so you can meet more people. Having friends to talk to about all of this is definitely beneficial. Best of luck to you in your upcoming year and all people entering college. Make the most out of it, and don't be afraid if you don't succeed right off the bat!
