As many have said, music is a good way.
Writing can work sometimes too (poetry, prose, journal, etc.)
Sleeping and showering work for me as well, but that might just be me.
As someone else mentioned, animals can be good, too. Petting my cat tends to cheer me up (as she's always very affectionate). Watching or listening to anything cute can work, too. (That probably sounds really weird coming from a guy, but i truly don't mean it in a weird way).

I slackline. it is peaceful and relaxing (though not at first) and listen to music...
Also at the college i go to, during finals the health suite place thing has a room full of puppies for people to play with
so thats cool
