I get 11mbps streaming and I can watch in 1080p just fine.

Maybe it's your RAM? Too many programs open at once?
That or it could just be the flash player is messed up - have you tried upgrading it?

Kinda obvious things so sorry if this comes off stupid but it's the thought that counts .... right? RIGHT?

I've been getting stuttery performance on all but lower quality streams, I'm also from the UK, maybe that has something to do with it?

I get the stutter on the website during prime time 9-11 pm central, don't get it on Roku though, meaning no problems.

your "help" is useless iv been in comunication with varius other members in the area iv tested it on one of the highest speed networks in the area at a local node for a fiberoptic company. the results are the same. the issue is not with our bandwith but with crunchyroll. it is ether their servers are getting bogged down or they are maxing out their data connection. their it department needs to get off their butts and figure out the issue instead of fluffing it off and saying its client side. iv been troubleshooting with thier cs for weeks now and the tests they have you loop threw are pointless if they dont solve the issue on their end.

please fix your issues guys.
