errrrrrrrrrrrr... i believe it's not really an extreme photoshop makeover. the size of the eye of the original photo is bigger than the "photoshop-ed" one. there's a possibility that the maker of that used 2 different photos... delete the unnecessary parts.

to prove that... there's something missing in the "sexy version", and that is the pendant of the necklace. though it's not fully shown in the original photo, you can tell that white part near the armpit is somewhat a part of her necklace.

Uh no much more likely who ever shopped it erased the pendant because it would be a tell to what the photoshopper did. If you look up at where jay circled areas you will see where the pendant was, there is now a blurry area which usually means the maker cut something out and then tried to cover it with clone tool and blur tool. The face is an obvious composite, or just stolen the nose it not nearly as elongated on the original compared to the sexy picture. Oh and to explain why the body looks so much better who ever it was cut the original body out and then skewed her so she was skinnier looking changing perspective of the image. The suite changing color is pretty simple if the original suit had enough of a hint of color they probably just adjusted the hue, if not the black suit has a great enough contrast it would be easy to select then add a color on low opacity on a blank layer and then work with hue until you found a combination that worked. Oh and proof of the hue think look up at where her earing comes down over the strap the color of the strap never changes. There were a few other things done to it I didn't mention but those where the main things I noticed, or at least the way I would of done it.

Wow you can do that with photoshop? Teach me how! I'm rubbish at it. Can't do anything except turn photos from colour into black and white.

Thread is now about how she can touch up on her works.

In the first one theres some anti-aliasing and anisotropic issues. I'll point them out.

As well it feels as if the person just exists but is an empty shell, no shadow or nothing.

Sort of feels dead.

also forgot to add that the upper waistband.

Haha, If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were a photographer, MJ.

Yeah, MJ pretty much noted the things you should be aware of in the picture. As a photographer, I noticed the same things that MJ pointed out. But even if you're just a typical picture viewer, there is an obvious anomaly in the left foot (blurring, most probably caused by placing a blur layer to soften undesireable skin abnormalities) and the very unnatural "sticking out" of the right foot above the background (anti-aliasing). This gives it a very unnatural feel, almost as if she were superimposed on the background.

That's kinda cool! It's obvious they were photoshopped though.
The first thing I noticed was fake were the faces. Ugh, the photoshop face on the second one was nasty. The neck looked real though

The fat girl pic, why did that one look photoshopped too?
