Sankarea, Samurai 7, and Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka?(Is this a Zombie?) are all licensed by Funimation, so there is no chance of them appearing on Crunchyroll. Kore wa Zombie was on CR but Kadokawa pulled it.
Accel World is licensed by Viz. Viz tends not to share with CR. The only two exceptions to that are Naruto and Bleach.
Little Busters premieres in October. I think you'll see it on CR(Sentai always gets Key shows, and Funimation only got Air and Kanon 2006 from the whole ADV/Sojitz deal going bad so those were sloppy seconds for Funi).

Every anime. I get to see a complete list of all animes free on other streaming sites, yet pay money here just to see some of them in HD.

Crunchyroll is a legitimate streaming site. Whatever site that you are using is a an illegal streaming site so yeah, of course they wouldn't care about respecting the copyrights of works. Crunchyroll takes what they can get, and paying money here helps support the industry.
On the censorship point, Crunchyroll usually simulcasts the regular TV broadcasts of a series, and Crunchyroll streaming the AT-X version of a full-length series as a simulcast is just not feasible at this point in time. Would you really be prepared to pay more than $20 a month to see an uncensored stream(since AT-X viewers pay more than that a month to watch that channel)?
