I downloaded a RAR file that was about 73 GB from BitTorrent, of course this was before ISP had monthly caps. No idea what it was uncompressed.

Probably the entire Nightwish Discography. Took me a few hours. No idea what the actual file size was.

Single file? Well I cannot really think of one. Biggest TORRENT I downloaded was over 300gbs. (luckly I have a fast connection) I can go 7MBPS.

Hmmm. Are we talking about using P2P or some other method?
Gaara's torrent remark is on par with what I've done via P2P.
P2P I've clocked over 300GB in the past, but I don't know if I kept all of it.
Other methods, I've downloaded and transferred 2TB from one drive to another. That took a while.

There was a website that made money off of people paying for memberships to access high resolution scans of anime artwork. Someone thought such illegal use of copyright was corrupt and so after this website had accumulated over 5 years of anime artwork scans this guy hacked the site, downloaded EVERYTHING and put it on the internet for free.
I downloaded it. It was over 250 gigs. This being about 4 years ago I had to make room on my hard drive at the time by deleting everything else.
I eventually got rid of the images because there's other sites out there for those but at the time it was a pretty amazing resource.

When I was 14...
I spent two days trying to download a TB... of porn.
I don't know what to say for my self. I was truly a sick 14 year old.
Oh yeah, and I got a Trojan virus, broke my computer, my dad found out, he laughed,
and I went a few months without a computer, taught me a lesson.
It was back when Limewire was still around...I just said, no way, I have got to do this! |

I do about 50mbps
That's relatively slow compared to what is considered real high speed.
