Favorite Food That You Can't Go Without

I have a strong passion for food and basically anything food related. But for me theres always that one dish that makes you go nuts, the kind that causes you to drool from your mouth and causes your stomach to grumble. I believe mine is fried chicken. I cannot resist the temptation of a crispy hunk of goodness that is layered with flavor. What about you guys?
